Freshly Brewed - Agent mode on!

This edition's updates are focused on new skills of our agent - Milo and improvements in the App experience. Milo can now build your entire app from a single website reference, product listing pages got a 8x performance boost, and new Studio blocks let your team own OTP emails, product page content, and app update prompts to build great user experience on mobile.

From "we should build an app" to "we just did" in one prompt

Feature: Milo AI - App generation

Point Milo at any website, your own or a brand you admire like Nike, and it builds your app's look from it. Milo scrapes the reference site, picks the right blueprint, and generates a complete new theme: hero carousels, announcement tickers, category grids, all in about 20 minutes.

Why it matters - Any brand can launch their app with an easy of email

Building a branded mobile app usually takes around 100 hours covering design, development, and QA before even one customer gets to use it.

With Milo, that entire process is reduced to just the time it takes to enjoy a coffee.

Get your app up and running faster than ever before.

It builds your brands app and creates a brand experience you love while talking to you.

Smooth scrolling: Catering to the mobile shoppers preferences

Feature: Product Listing Page performance (update)

We rebuilt how product listing pages load. The next set of products now loads quietly in the background while shoppers are still browsing, so there's no spinner, no pause, no stutter while scrolling.

Why it matters

Smooth, uninterrupted browsing keeps shoppers exploring more products. Every stutter is a reason to drop off; now there aren't any.

Build Richer Product Pages with Metafields

Feature: PDP Metafield Studio Block

You can now choose when you want your app users to update, with two modes to match the moment.

Soft Update shows a simple in-app nudge, letting shoppers know a new version is out.

Hard Update is for when it does. It takes over the full screen at launch, and shoppers can't get past it until they update.

Why it matters

Not every update deserves the same urgency. A minor design tweak shouldn't interrupt someone mid-checkout, but a breaking checkout change absolutely should be caught before it causes a failed order. Now you can match the interruption to the actual stakes.

Update your app, without losing shoppers mid-session

Feature: App Update Block (aka ‘Force Update’ - we don’t want to use this name)

You can now choose when you want your app users to update, with two modes to match the moment.

Soft Update shows a simple in-app nudge, a banner or bottom sheet letting shoppers know a new version is out.

Hard Update is for when it does. It takes over the full screen at launch or at key moments like checkout, and shoppers can't get past it until they update.

Why it matters

Not every update deserves the same urgency. A minor design tweak shouldn't interrupt someone mid-checkout, but a breaking checkout change absolutely should be caught before it causes a failed order. Now you can match the interruption to the actual stakes.
