Product Updates

App customers will never miss your notifications (Enterprise plan)

Your customers can now view their last 15 days of push notifications inside your app, with deeplink support. Missed or dismissed notifications no longer mean lost conversion opportunity.

Why it matters

Users can revisit the offers and updates you sent them on their own time, extending the life of every push you send.

Customer profiles are more personal (Enterprise plan)

Brands can now configure custom customer fields such as date of birth or gender and map them to Shopify metafields. The update also includes templates for common fields and improved input components like calendar-based date selection.

Why it matters

Richer customer data enables better segmentation and more relevant experiences, helping brands build stronger relationships and drive repeat purchases.

Milo now generates app analytics charts

Milo can now generate charts directly from analytics queries, allowing teams to instantly visualize metrics like revenue, orders, and app conversion, without working through raw tables.

Why it matters

Marketing teams can spot trends faster, compare performance more easily, and take quicker decisions.
